After a skirmish with pirates, your crew is forced to make an emergency landing on Ketran, a small mining planet on the outer rim.

On Ketran, legend and superstition mingle with reality, so much so that it is sometimes difficult to gauge the danger that lurks around the crew's necks. But the danger is real and goes by many names: the Black Bird, the Demonic Cloud, or even the Devil himself will require cunning and composure to survive and perhaps even defeat.

You should never have set foot on this planet... Damn pirates.

Beneath the Surface

This adventure fits perfectly into a campaign where your players travel through space. Your players will face a forgotten creature relegated to the status of legend, a Vampire. They will need to redouble their imagination and vigilance to defeat him in this subterranean environment.

In this module, you will find :

• A detailed description of the vampire.
• A chilling testimonial from an old man who seems to be losing his mind.
• A mechanic designed to create pressure and increase danger if players don't deal with it quickly.
• Three locations for players to visit: Emerald City, the Observatory and the Hell Pit.
• A visual map that accompanies the Warden throughout the session and helps him visualize the environment in which the players are located.
